The Laguna International Industrial Park sparked off the year with a comprehensive fire fighting safety and prevention seminar on January 28, 2011.

The seminar was taken up as a trailblazing step up in upgrading the fire fighting knowledge of the seminar participants.

The participants included the fire brigades and security personnel of the various LIIP locators, the frontliners in case of fire.

Speakers who shared their knowledge came from the Bureau of Fire Region IV A in Canlubang, Col. Romel Tradio and Capt. Glenn Salazar.
